Gift Presentation
Please note that all of our gift baskets are shown unwrapped
with no embellishments so that you may see the product. But rest
assured, the final gift will be embellished with coordinating
bows, ribbon and shred for a beautiful gift expression. The
basket will be shrink-wrapped to ensure stability during
shipping. All of our gift-baskets and containers will include a
sentiments card conveying the message of your choice.
Substitutions
Distinctive Expressions may need to substitute a product due to
weather or product availability but the substitution will always
be of equal or greater value. Items containing chocolates will
not be shipped during the summer months of May - August. (With
the Texas heat, maybe even September…)
Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be processed only if your item has
not shipped. Please contact us immediately at (817) 929-3266.
Custom Orders
We will be more than happy to assist you in creating a custom
design not on our regular product listing. Please give us a call
or email us to order your customized gift.
Holidays
To ensure holiday orders are delivered in time, we will need as
much advance notice as possible to fulfill your order.
Alcoholic Beverages
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to sell
alcoholic beverages at this time. All of the beverages included
in our baskets are alcohol free. If you would like to include an
alcoholic item please forward the item to us and we will be
happy to incorporate it in your gift expression. Please contact
us prior to shipping so that we may coordinate our efforts.

Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 1 – 2
business days from the date the order is placed.
At this time we are unable to process same day deliveries. Your
order will generally ship via UPS Ground, 4-7 days, or US Postal
Service "Priority Mail", 3 to 4 days, unless otherwise
requested. Customers will be notified of cost prior to shipping.
Please allow additional time before major holidays in order to
avoid delays by couriers.
Payment Policy
Distinctive Expressions is proud to use PayPal as our payment
processor. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Once
payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped.
Distinctive Expressions also
accepts personal checks, cashiers check and money orders. Please contact us at (817)
929-3266 or use our printable order form to place your order if
paying by these methods. Orders will not be shipped until
payment has been received. All checks should be made payable to
Distinctive Expressions.
Refunds/Returns
Refunds or replacements will be issued in the event that the
items shipped arrive damaged. Refunds or replacements will only
be issued if claims have been received within 5 days of receipt
of the goods. Foods and perishables cannot be returned.
Distinctive Expressions can not guarantee orders sent to wrong
or incorrect addresses as supplied by the customer.
